Information We Collect

The contact form collects the name, email address, message, and any optional organization or subject you submit. The site also receives limited technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain security, and operate core website functionality.

Contact Form

GCIT contact forms are submitted to Cloudflare and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database for up to 365 days. Submissions do not enroll you in a newsletter, and the form does not send an automatic reply.

For abuse prevention, the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile and HMAC-protected rate-limit records retained for up to 24 hours. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the contact database.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use necessary browser storage to remember cookie preferences and support core functionality. Optional analytics are used only when allowed through the website's cookie controls.

Third-Party Links

The website links to services operated by other organizations, including donation and board portals. Those services maintain their own privacy practices, and GCIT is not responsible for their policies.
